Sil-Bent Gel V-ID is a pre-activated organoclay rheology modifier supplied as a ready-to-use gel dispersion in isododecane. The Quaternium-90 Bentonite forms a three-dimensional network within the oil phase, creating controlled viscosity and thixotropic behavior. This network suspends pigments, inorganic UV filters, powders, and other insoluble particles, preventing settling and improving formulation stability. The gel also enhances texture, spreadability, and payoff while maintaining smooth application characteristics. Because it is pre-dispersed, it eliminates the need for difficult organoclay activation steps during manufacturing.

Sunscreens, color cosmetics, foundations, BB creams, concealers, lip products, anhydrous formulations, pigment dispersions, oil gels, waterproof makeup, and UV-filter suspensions.
